DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within three (3) working days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. In the event that we are experiencing a high volume of orders, we will notify you of the expected delay via the email address provide by you at the time of placing the order.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. These are calculated according to Australia Post current sipping rates. We post to all Australian addresses, PO Boxes are accepted.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking:

Once your order is received by Australia Post, we will email you a tracking number within 24 hours.

Damages:

That Gypsy House is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping/transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact Australia Post immediately or email us directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy:

That Gypsy House does not offer international shipping. Shipping is available to valid Australian addresses only.
