If you are considering a return or refund for a product, that means you have made a purchase and supported us so we owe you a huge thank you for shopping at That Gypsy House.
If for some reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
All claims for the return of a damaged or faulty item needs to be made to us within 5 calendar days from the date you received it. You can do this by sending us an email with your query and a photo of the item attached.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Please provide us with your full details so you can be easily found on our database to ensure a super speedy resolution.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within the specified number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
****PLEASE NOTE – A store credit can also be issued if you would prefer to be credited to your account for a future purchase. Please indicate your preference in your email.

Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to an error on our behalf, such as a faulty item – we will replace the item and pick up the shipping cost for you.
